Opportunity Knocks – writing retreat
Anyone can book for this event, whether NTF or not. Cost=£350 incl. meals, 1 night’s accomm. & support.
For people who want a bit of quiet time in lovely surroundings with great food, it’s a super opportunity to come along and initiate, work on or finish a writing project, alongside like-minded colleagues.
The small group optional facilitated elements include short workshops on topics such as thinking through why and where you want to publish, getting past writer’s block, targeting your work for journals (and increasing your chances of success) and co-authoring. These are particularly useful for anyone who is just starting to write about learning and teaching and could do with a bit of help…If you have colleagues in this situation, please do encourage them to come!
